Walkdown and Learn assigned scope.
Assure that the proper scaffolds are in place to achieve scope.
Assure that the assigned contractor has gathered and staged the necessary blinds.
Lay eyes on all specialized material such as XX Items and Long Lead Equipment.
Review T/A Permitting Process with specific unit operations groups.
Review Safety Procedures associated with assigned scope.
o Confined Space (Welding/Cutting Respiratory requirements)
o Inert Entry
o Critical Lifts
Meet with Contractor Foremen/Supvs. that will be executing the assigned scope and understand contractors Org. Chart.
Understand Critical Path and Priorities of assigned scope in all assigned units as well as what scope could impact other Coordinators.
Review and understand all Logistics such as: Radio Channels, Org Charts (Know Who to Call for What!), Tent Areas, Contractor Trailers, Tent Locations, Material Issue Locations, Dumpster Locations, Laydown Areas, Lunch Times.
Review which materials are to be supplied by the contractor vs. what is to be provided by MPC (Vessel Lighting, SRL’s, Extension Cords etc.)
