- Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Scheduler utilizing Microsoft Projects in a refinery or chemical plant required
- Software: Microsoft Projects, SAP, EXCEL, and Other Database’s (Depending on location)
- Turnaround/Outage experience utilizing Microsoft Projects
- Minimum of 5-7 Years Scheduling Turnarounds within Petrochemical Facilities
- Must have experience as Lead Scheduler on a Large TA with Multiple Units
- Able to integrate TA Schedule with Capital Projects
- Must have thorough understanding of Priority Leveling Resource practices.
- Must be able to do reporting by exporting data and utilizing excel for S-Curves, Histograms, etc.
- Must have great communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Report weekly progress of Scheduling Deliverables to Manager
- Experience Exporting/Importing from Excel and SAP into and out of Primavera.
- Experienced with Reporting from EXCEL (Three part S-Curves, histograms, etc. )
- Must understand Databases and plans from planners and Excel to enter in Microsoft Projects
- Extensive understanding planning, scheduling and the execution of turnarounds with Capital Project Integration
- Assist in and develop planning milestones for TA and Capital projects
- Lead Schedule Reviews with TA Team
- Determine and Report Critical Path
- Levels Schedule using priority leveling to obtain an optimized work schedule
- Import full detailed Job Plans with Required Activity Codes using Excel, Database or SAP
- Determine activity relationships and create logical ties according to planning premises
- Develop critical path and analyze
- Produce daily reporting during Execution (3 Shift Look Ahead, Milestone Summaries, etc...)
