Materials Management
Materials managers are responsible for overseeing all event activities and ensuring all materials and equipment are available and in working condition. They must effectively communicate with the appropriate team members and work to make sure they have what they need to quickly and successfully do their assigned task. Their role also includes troubleshooting should any equipment be unavailable or fail to perform as expected, and communicating their decision to both contractors and stakeholders.
