About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Primavera Scheduling Manager to lead the Master Integrated Project Schedule for a premier, state-of-the-art data center campus. As one of the largest private power and AI data center developments in the country, this multi-gigawatt gigaproject integrates cutting-edge hyperscale data center facilities with complex, private power generation infrastructure.
In this critical direct-hire role, you will be the absolute owner of the master schedule, utilizing Primavera P6 to coordinate and align multi-billion dollar construction phases, EPC contractors, utility interconnections, and long-lead equipment procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Master Schedule Ownership: Develop, baseline, maintain, and optimize the resource-loaded Master Integrated Project Schedule in Primavera P6 for both data center build-outs and power generation infrastructure.
-
Contractor Alignment: Review, challenge, and integrate EPC contractor schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones, critical path logic, and overall project execution plans.
-
Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Perform continuous critical path method (CPM) analysis, risk assessments, and schedule impact evaluations. Proactively identify bottlenecks, delays, or logic constraints, and collaborate with Project Directors to develop recovery plans.
-
Progress Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate, high-visibility progress reports, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, S-curves, and forecasting dashboards to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
-
Change Management: Evaluate the schedule impact of design changes, field variations, and procurement delays, ensuring all changes are accurately baselined and documented.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of scheduling experience on large-scale, heavy industrial, power generation, or hyperscale data center projects (projects valued at over $500M+ are highly preferred).
-
Software Mastery: Advanced, power-user expertise in Primavera P6 Professional is mandatory. Experience with P6 EPPM, Microsoft Project, and schedule risk analysis software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis or Acumen Fuse) is a major plus.
-
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of construction logic, sequencing, Earned Value Management (EVM), and labor/resource loading.
-
Behavioral Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex schedule metrics to executive leadership and hold external contractors accountable to aggressive timelines.
