Overview:
Seeking experienced construction professionals to support planning, coordination, and execution efforts on a major Combined Cycle Power Plant project. These positions are construction-focused coordination roles that bridge Project Controls, Scheduling, and Construction Execution. The selected candidates will work closely with subcontractors and project teams to improve planning quality, execution readiness, schedule adherence, and overall project performance. These are not traditional scheduler positions.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Environmental Oversight- Review subcontractor planning and look-ahead schedules
- Identify and help resolve planning and execution gaps
- Support work readiness and execution planning efforts
- Monitor project milestones and identify risks or constraints
- Coordinate with construction, project controls, and subcontractors
- Lead planning and coordination meetings
- Support schedule recovery and execution improvement initiatives
- Verify field work is aligned with project objectives and cost coding requirements
- Heavy industrial construction
- Site development, earthwork, and grading
- Concrete and foundation experience
- Underground utilities
- Power generation experience preferred
- Combined Cycle Power Plant experience
- Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) experience
- Primavera P6 familiarity
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working directly with subcontractors
- Strong planning and construction execution background
- Reports to: AWP Manager
- Systems: Aconex, SharePoint, WorkPacks Planning System
- Coordinator-to-subcontractor support model
