KAP also offers the option of remote planners who work off-site but in-office at our headquarters in Houston, Texas.

Schedulers are instrumental in setting timeframe expectations, verifying progress, and coordinating with team members to ensure accurate schedules during STO events. They provide daily expectations, as well as support in developing job plans, estimates and procedures. KAP looks for schedulers with broad knowledge of industry procedures, software expertise, organizational skills and flexibility to enhance coordination among team members.

Execution Coordinators at KAP Project Services focus on carrying out event plans while adhering to project controls like cost estimates and schedules. They act as facilitators, managing daily tasks, monitoring progress, delegating responsibilities, and communicating event status to planners/schedulers. KAP seeks execution coordinators with a proven ability to understand and execute a given scope of work, strong leadership skills, a detailed understanding of equipment and processes, and familiarity with industry standards and best practices for turnaround execution.

Turnaround Managers oversee every phase of a turnaround project, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality control and safety precautions. They actively engage in the planning process to comprehend the work required throughout the project’s lifecycle. Turnaround Managers provide direction and support to the turnaround team, follow established policies and procedures, and deliver progress reports to senior leadership. KAP connects clients with turnaround managers possessing significant experience in operations, maintenance, and engineering, demonstrated ability to execute complex deliverables, accountability for team deliverables and flexibility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
