Schedulers are responsible for setting timeframe expectations at the beginning of an event’s execution, verifying progress throughout and coordinating with all team members to ensure the schedule and forecasted status remain accurate. They mobilize to the field and provide daily expectations for management, as well as ensure that every phase is accurately reflected in reporting.
