Turnaround Managers

Turnaround managers oversee the execution of every phase of a turnaround project. They’re engaged with the planning process to ensure maximum understanding of the work required throughout the project’s lifecycle. Their focus lies in part on schedule and budget adherence, as well as quality control and safety precautions. They offer direction and support to the turnaround team and ensure they’re following established policies and procedures. Because they are involved in the daily execution of a turnaround, they must also create and deliver progress reports to senior leadership.
